Hopefully you won't need to return an item, however, if you do, it is our aim to make this as simple as possible. By following the guidance below you can help us to help you when a product is not what you expected, or is faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guidance.

Items can be returned within a 30 day period. Items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. You should include your invoice/receipt and complete a returns form by viewing the returns section. It is your responsibility to return the items safely to us. Postage and package costs will not be reimbursed.
Any claim as to shortages or condition of Goods on delivery which would not be apparent on visual inspection must be communicated within 48 hours.
Certain items are excluded from the guarantee. These include goods that are made to measure, cut or mixed to your requirements. It also includes discontinued tiles.
Customers must check that the order is correct before the job commences. For example tones if all tiles are correct before tiling commences and the batch of the wallpaper is the same before wallpapering commences. Steves Paints Ltd does not accept any liability for incorrect colour/batch combinations after the job has commenced.
Refunds on items paid by credit/debit card will be settled back to the relevant card.
